We are seeking a proactive and well-organized HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide dedicated HR support to our operations in Germany and Austria, playing a key role in the day-to-day coordination of HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and fleet management.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Support HR operations for Germany and Austria across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, changes, exits).
  2. Maintain and update employee records in our HR systems.
  3. Coordinate with payroll providers and ensure timely submission of HR data.
  4. Assist in implementing HR initiatives and policies locally.
  5. Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR processes and benefits.
  6. Manage fleet administration (company cars, documentation, coordination with suppliers).
  7. Collaborate closely with the international HR team and local stakeholders.
  8. Support the organization of local team events and training logistics.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Previous experience in an HR administrative or support role (2+ years preferred).
  2. Familiarity with HR processes and local labor law in Germany or Austria.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Strong communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
  5. Fluency in German and at least communicative in English (both written and spoken) – a must.
  6. Good working knowledge of MS Office and HR systems (Workday is a plus).
  7. An open-minded person who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment.
