Senior Salesforce Engineer at Zalando

As a Senior Salesforce Engineer at Zalando, you will design, build, enhance, and maintain existing and new force.com applications used across Zalando in various business functions. You will challenge our status quo and help us define best practices for our work.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

1. Develop and optimize the architecture of our diverse multi-org Salesforce implementation, contributing to architecture and development discussions and decisions.
2. Continuously improve our systems and motivate your team to do the same.
3. Promote sound development practices and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
4. Participate actively in architectural and development decision-making processes.
5. Adopt and promote agile methodologies within the team.
6. Experience in package-based development, VS Code, SFDX, analyzing business processes, designing CRM flows in Salesforce, and providing custom solutions for specific business needs.
7. Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and a collaborative approach with diverse teams and stakeholders.
8. Understanding of data sharing, visibility considerations, platform architecture supporting large data volumes, and adherence to best practices.
9. High initiative and motivation for continuous technical development and fluency in English.
