Job Responsibilities:

• HR-Software-Management: Administer and optimize SAP SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central), ensuring quality and integrity of personnel and organizational data.
• Datenanalyse & Reporting: Create reports, dashboards, and queries to support data-driven HR decisions and improve performance.
• HR-Initiativen: Support the implementation of HR requirements and undertake project-related tasks.
• Systementwicklung & Support: Drive the development of the HR system landscape and provide 2nd level support.
• HRIS-Governance: Develop guidelines for collaboration between HR and IT, and for managing external service providers within IT governance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, or relevant experience.
• Several years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Knowledge of data management and relational databases (e.g., SQL) for HR data analysis.
• Experience with additional HR software is advantageous.
• Excellent German and English communication skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset and creative problem-solving abilities.
