Requirements:

• German C1 level minimum (or high B2)
• English B2 level minimum
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems & devices
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• EU Citizenship
• No previous experience required
