Software Engineer

You will work on multiple projects, ensuring seamless collaboration, adherence to the Bank's operational framework, and alignment with its strategic IT objectives.

Missions :

• Developing and maintaining web applications using Java (backend) and React (frontend).
• Building and optimizing mobile applications using React Native.
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Integrating third-party APIs and services.
• Collaborating with UI / UX designers to implement visual designs.
• Ensuring scalability and performance optimization.

Profile :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, particularly in banking or financial applications.
• Proven experience in projects related to lending applications, such as Guarantee Calls, Cash & Liquidity Management, Rate Setting, Advisory Services, Capital Markets, and Mandate Management.
• Prior experience working in international organizations is an asset.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, and adaptability to a dynamic environment.

Knowledge and skills :

• Development Tools : GitHub, Nexus, CI / CD using Jenkins.
• Agile methodologies and best practices in software development.
• Familiarity with BMC as a service management tool and IDEs like IntelliJ or Visual Studio Code is a plus.
