Your Role:

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to join our FGX team. You will develop strategic relationships with retailers and channels to drive category growth and market share. Your responsibilities include providing channel insights and cross-functional collaboration to inform innovation and marketing strategies.

Location options include Kiel, Munich, Braunschweig, or Bamberg.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Activate shopper insights (consumer segments, channel roles, purchase behavior) by retailer/channel.
  • Create insights-driven shopper experiences with an omni-channel focus.
  • Develop and manage go-to-market strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Manage assortment and SKU rationalization in collaboration with Product Development.
  • Implement global marketing and product strategies within channels/retailers.
  • Develop pricing strategies from the consumer perspective to boost demand and margins.
  • Guide creative teams and design partners to visualize ideas.
  • Execute marketing initiatives through retailers, including promotions, loyalty programs, and digital activations.
  • Synthesize insights from POS analysis and market research to inform strategies.
  • Create strategic selling presentations with marketing and commercial teams.
  • Position FGX as a strategic partner through insights-driven initiatives.
  • Participate in forecasting and manage risks and opportunities.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing, category management, or retail marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Experience with key retail channels in Germany, including grocery, mass, and pharmacy/drug stores.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
