Responsibilities

• Monitor and review performance against HS&E KPIs and patterns of behavior within the area of responsibility; take action to improve performance and resolve non-compliance with the organization's HS&E policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions.

Requirements

• University/Post Graduate (Master's Degree)
• Experience enabling the job holder to handle most situations and advise others.
• Experience supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge to act independently while guiding and training others; communicate effectively to express ideas, request actions, and develop plans or policies.
• Support business processes with understanding and use of standard office equipment and software, providing guidance and training.
• Work independently with comprehensive knowledge and skills, guiding others in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to meet business objectives.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and manage risks in a production process independently, providing guidance and training.
• Develop, monitor, interpret, and ensure policies and procedures align with organizational strategies and objectives.
• Develop appropriate plans or actions based on recommendations and requirements.
• Analyze data trends for reports to guide decision-making, working independently with guidance.
• Manage projects and programs within desired cost, time, and quality parameters, guiding and training others.
• Manage and apply safe systems of work independently, providing guidance and training.
