About the Role

• Manage and lead business development initiatives to drive adoption of solar energy solutions.
• Own your territory and build strong, long-lasting relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Educate prospects on the financial, environmental, and operational benefits of solar installations.
• Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver seamless project experiences.
• Use data-driven tools and insights to guide customers through the evaluation and purchasing process.

Successful Business Development professionals will have :

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the energy, cleantech, or sustainability sector.
• Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to customer goals and constraints.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycles from lead generation to close.
• Familiarity with solar energy systems, financing models, or related regulatory landscapes.
• Business fluency in both German (Native) and English (Fluent) is required.
