Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex features and services with timeliness and quality
• Act as an independent problem solver on feature and bug levels
• Ensure code quality
• Maintain system error-free performance
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, measured by NPS and unsubscribe rate
• Conduct code reviews
• Improve application performance and reliability, and reduce tech debt continuously
• Understand the tech vision and contribute towards achieving it

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Proficiency in Java and related tools and technologies (Ruby on Rails, Node)
• Knowledge of system architecture and design patterns
• Application of software development best practices daily
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle
• Ability to leverage expertise to achieve high productivity
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• High motivation and eagerness to learn
