Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Health, Safety & Environment:

• Assist the Plant Manager in establishing, implementing, and developing health & safety policies and procedures to achieve zero accidents and reduce energy consumption.

Quality:

• Support the Plant Managers in maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and leading the team to deliver quality products and projects.
• Engage in process improvement projects, review lean practices, and translate objectives into local targets.
• Identify capex and other projects to meet output requirements.

People:

• Help build strong teams and support Ardagh values of trust, teamwork, and excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of senior management experience in a unionized environment.
• Understanding of 24/7/365 shift operations and high-volume production.
• Experience with shop floor operations, machinery, and people management.
• Proven leadership skills to develop effective teams.
• Customer-focused, self-driven, and strategic thinker with a dynamic personality.
