• If you are looking for a dynamic, international, and multifaceted role where you can make a difference, this position is for you:
• You will monitor and control warehousing and transport service providers at our regional distribution centre in Marl, serving the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany with WOW products.
• You will work directly with service providers and sales subsidiaries to develop the logistical performance profile, considering standards and country-specific requirements.
• You will measure and evaluate partner performance based on established key figures.
• If performance does not meet targets, you will participate in defining and implementing corrective measures.
• You will provide forecasts to aid capacity planning of the warehouse service provider.

It would be WOW if you bring:

• A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field with logistics focus, or a commercial logistics qualification with further specialization.
• Several years of experience in warehouse logistics or transhipment warehouses.
• Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace (or Office applications).
• Business fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally, approximately once a quarter.
• Soft skills: self-motivation, reliability, accuracy, structured and team-oriented work style, strong numerical and quick comprehension skills, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills.
