IT Operations Engineer*

Your team is passionate about technology and is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users, your colleagues, to ensure their computer systems, software, and networks function efficiently. You will work in a cross-functional team of Software Engineers, Architects, IT System Engineers, and other IT experts.

  • Support and maintain local end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and other hardware
  • Lead and participate in IT projects
  • Execute MS Client Engineering tasks including Windows Client Engineering
  • Enable and manage hybrid cloud environments
  • Manage Change & Release processes to support the Future-Digital-Workplace
  • Responsible for user account and rights management, providing technical support and guidance to users

  • Bachelor's degree (IT, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years in a similar IT support role
  • Experience with MS Client Engineering/Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience supporting end-user devices and troubleshooting technical issues, installing, testing, and configuring IT hardware, software, and equipment
  • Drive continuous improvement in IT infrastructure systems, processes, and services, including the maintenance and extension of our Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management landscape
  • Strong knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, and Windows device management
