YOUR TEAM

Within the division "FA Accounting & Tax," we are responsible for all treasury, tax, and export control tasks and topics of CARIAD SE and the CARIAD subgroup. We maintain close links and coordination with the Group departments "Group Tax (K-FS)" and "Group Treasury (K-FT)."

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Responsible for With-Holding-Tax (WHT) related topics for CARIAD SE, including WHT declaration, process improvements, and advising on all WHT-related issues.
• Evaluation and assessment of Transfer Pricing topics with affiliated entities of VW Group, including assessment of intercompany agreements and transactions, according to Transfer Pricing Guideline.
• Yearly update of Transfer Pricing documentation such as Sub-Masterfile for CARIAD Group and Local File for CARIAD SE.
• Fulfilling the requirements of the TAX Compliance Management System (TCMS) within the tax area of responsibility.
• Providing ongoing tax advice to group companies, specialized departments, and M&A transactions, including preparation of tax statements and presentations for decision-making bodies.
• Working on special projects and tasks as assigned.

WHO YOU ARE

• Preferably a degree in Business Administration or Law with a focus on Taxation, or a Tax Consultant (Steuerberater).
• Several years of business experience with a global corporation.
• High level of abstraction, analysis, and structuring skills.
• Curious, progressive, and diverse mindset.
• Fluent in German and English.
