To support our Order Management team at the Karlsruhe location, we are looking for a

Order Management Employee (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Order processing: Capture, check and manage customer orders in the system – with a view to correct product data, quantities and prices.
• Customer communication: Contact person for customers with questions about orders, delivery times and invoices.
• Data maintenance: Management and updating of customer data as well as price agreements in the ERP system (MS Dynamics F&O).
• Order tracking: Ensuring that orders are processed and shipped on time – including regular status updates to customers.
• Receivables management: Clarification of open invoices in cooperation with sales and accounting.
• Teamwork: Close cooperation with sales, logistics and planning departments to optimize processes.
• Problem solving: Processing complaints, clarifying discrepancies and proactively finding solutions in the event of bottlenecks.
• Process optimization: Participation in the further development of internal processes to increase efficiency.

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. in the field of office management
• Several years of experience in order management, customer service or a similar position
• Confident handling of ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics F&O) and MS Office
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Independent, structured way of working with an eye for detail
• Team spirit and the motivation to actively shape processes
• Due to our international environment, fluent written and spoken German and English skills are required.
• Knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an absolute advantage.
