We are looking for a

To support our Treasury department at the Bremen location, starting as soon as possible, a

  • Company-wide administration of cash management via the Treasury Management System, including:
    • Further development of processes and authorization concepts
    • Optimization of bank interfaces
    • Adjustment of powers of attorney abroad
  • Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in payment transactions and account management
  • Further development of international payment transactions within the group, including the implementation of formats like ISO 20022, and coordination between banks, IT, and local stakeholders in subsidiaries
  • Support and co-design of IT treasury projects, such as the rollout of a global payment platform
  • General treasury tasks such as:
    • Monitoring local liquidity planning and consolidation using the Treasury Management System
    • Creation and further development of reports and optimization of treasury-relevant processes
    • Representation of team colleagues in topics like working capital, domestic & international financing, FX management, and daily disposition
  • Serving as a sparring partner for cash management topics and treasury reporting for the Head of Treasury and local subsidiaries worldwide

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling (Master's) or a banking apprenticeship with relevant further training
  • Relevant professional experience in a comparable role within an internationally operating company or bank
  • Fluent English skills
  • High IT affinity (MS Office & PowerBI) with confident handling of relevant treasury management software tools and the ability to implement new processes
  • Strong analytical skills and cross-departmental thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with assertiveness
  • Creativity and organizational skills
  • Sense of responsibility
