Tasks

• You design and architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring adherence to platform best practices.
• You develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and configuration tools.
• You understand and implement integration patterns to support end-to-end landscape requirements and ensure compatibility with existing backend systems.
• You drive synergies across multiple Salesforce Clouds by harmonizing data, processes, integrations, and reusable components to achieve scalability, efficiency, and a seamless user experience.
• You provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and team members, conduct thorough code reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• You implement and maintain quality assurance processes, perform testing and debugging, and ensure high-quality, reliable deliverables.
• You stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, optimize existing processes, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, Flows).
• Knowledge of integration patterns and experience with APIs.
• Experience with code reviews, CI/CD processes, and testing frameworks.
• Salesforce certifications and knowledge of other Salesforce Clouds are beneficial.
• Attitude for independent work and a proactive mindset.
• Intrinsic motivation to stay up-to-date with new Salesforce technology.
• Proficient in English, knowledge of German is advantageous.
