This role involves:

• Independent implementation of daily & monthly crew deployment planning for flight instructors & flight students
• Monitoring flight duty/rest periods & the training process
• Being a contact person for operational planning & disruptions in flight operations
• Planning maintenance intervals in collaboration with the technical department
• Monitoring expiry times of licenses & authorizations, planning flight-related checks & training courses
• Maintaining flight operations/training documents
• Data preparation & creation of statistics in flight operations/planning
• Ensuring information flow to interfaces
• Invoice processing
• Supporting office infrastructure & application management
• Organizing & implementing meetings & events

Requirements:

• Completed commercial vocational training or studies
• Experience in crew deployment planning or scheduling (desirable)
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and proactively
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willingness to travel occasionally
