Embedded Engineer AI / ML (f / m / d)

In this role, you will work on key enabling technologies for ADAS and AD features.

Your Tasks:

1. Development of artificial intelligence (AI) focused perception systems
2. Definition of interfaces, efficient implementation and integration of algorithms and testing
3. Benchmark and develop prototypes for proof of concept phase
4. Develop and apply tools and methods enabling related activities
5. Help to select hardware selection processes and become company expert for AI SoCs
6. Interdisciplinary communication with algorithm experts and system developers

Your Qualifications:

1. Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field
2. Proven hands-on background in embedded AI software development (at least 1 year)
3. Must have strong programming skills in C, C++, including applying compiler and debugging methods
4. Experience with code optimization approaches, good knowledge of memory dependencies
5. Familiar with fixed point implementation and quantization
6. Familiar with instruction sets and memory architectures, FPGA, DSP, and AI processors, hands-on experience with one or more embedded platforms
7. Good analytical skills and a good mathematical background
8. Experience in the development of deep learning from scientific or professional background
9. Experience developing software as part of a team
10. Automotive experience with ADAS / AD
11. Academic background on above experience, authorship on relevant literature
