As an employer with over 120 employees, our location is in the heart of Kitzingen, in the building of Sparkasse Mainfranken.

We are looking to strengthen our team with a Part-Time (50-60%) Sachbearbeiter UnternehmensService (m/w/d).

Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable and receivable management (up to the interface with the tax advisor) and issuing client invoices
  • Participation in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Support in personnel management and customer service
  • Assist the department head with economic questions and activities
  • Support in planning, organizing, and managing department-related projects and measures
  • Participation in projects

Profile

  • Knowledge and experience in accounts payable and receivable management, including cost accounting and preparing annual financial statements
  • Basic banking knowledge about mainactio's products and processes is advantageous
  • Independent, conceptual, and responsible working style
  • Proficient in Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Flexibility and willingness to face new challenges
