Your Responsibilities

  1. Act as the interface between people and opportunity, focusing on comprehensive recruitment of skilled workers at a logistics site. Know where to find suitable talents—online on job platforms or offline at fairs and events.
  2. Utilize your experience from temporary employment or staffing services. Keep an overview even with many open positions—speed and prioritization are in your blood.
  3. Be at home in recruiting. Work structured and focused according to our standards and processes. Never lose sight of the big picture, even with many vacancies. A sense of urgency, good organization, and an eye for priorities are the foundation of your advisory role.
  4. Posting job ads and social media? Yes, but not just standard. Develop texts that inform and inspire. Whether through traditional channels, online campaigns, or innovative and unconventional methods—know where they work best.
  5. Develop our recruiting strategies further. With a good sense for trends and target groups, find the right ways to position our employer brand authentically and accessibly—exactly where it should have an impact.
  6. Shape our organization: manage your recruiting processes independently with a focus on essentials. From needs analysis, screening, online assessments, and digital interviews to final selection on-site—you are involved and make well-founded pre-selections with a keen sense of candidate fit.
  7. Stay close to the team—also geographically. If support is needed at another location, be flexible! Your willingness to travel brings movement to the team without constant travel.

Minimum Requirements

  • Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a commercial or logistics environment and/or in staffing services
  • Creativity and eagerness to explore new ways of communication, e.g., via social media or events
  • Confident demeanor, strong communication, and advisory skills
  • Willingness for occasional business trips within Germany
  • Successfully completed studies in HR / Personnel, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
  • Excellent German and good English skills
