Pixomondo Stuttgart - HR Advisor (Parental Leave Cover)

Pixomondo (PXO) is an award-winning visual effects company creating high-level visual effects for feature films, television, and commercials. We are currently seeking an HR Advisor to join our team in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, starting June 1, 2025. This role is a parental leave cover.

Responsibilities

• Provide business-focused HR support to the team
• Act as the primary contact for all HR-related matters
• Partner with managers to manage performance, attendance, and employee relations issues
• Review salary benchmarking data and assist with hiring processes
• Stay informed of employment law changes
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy
• Organize team events and exhibitions with the Studio Manager
• Lead HR projects, reporting, and administration tasks

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Business Partner or Manager
• Knowledge of labor and social security law
• Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and data reporting skills
• Ability to multitask and organize effectively
• Team player in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic about fostering a welcoming studio environment
