Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description

Wir suchen derzeit einen qualifizierten Prüfstandsmechaniker (w/m/d) mit Erfahrung in der Montage und dem Testen von Triebwerken. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über ein starkes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, unsere Prüfstandsinfrastruktur effektiv zu unterstützen und zu warten.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Montage, Demontage und Reinigung von Triebwerken, Gasgeneratoren und Produktionsbegleitenden Klein-Triebwerken.
• Eigenständige Durchführung von Abbränden am Prüfaufbau und Versuchen nach Prozedur.
• Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von inerten Triebwerktests, statischen Abbrandversuchen und mechanischen Belastungstests.
• Allgemeine Wartungs- und Reinigungstätigkeiten im Prüfstandbereich.
• Dokumentation der Arbeiten und Ablage der Ergebnisse.
• Unterstützung aller Funktionsgruppen des Prüfstandbereichs nach Bedarf.
• Herstellung von Motoren und Proben.
  
  
  

Ihr Profil:

• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Industriemechaniker (w/m/d), Fluggerätemechaniker (w/m/d) oder einem ähnlichen Metallberuf.
• Sie haben praktische Erfahrung in der Montage mechanischer Bauteile und Baugruppen.
• Sie haben gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Metallbearbeitung.
• Sie haben einen Gabelstapler- und Kranführerschein.
• Sie haben Erfahrung in der Dokumentation in elektronischer Form, idealerweise mit SAP oder Produktionssystemen.
• Sie haben grundlegende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit.
• Sie haben eine engagierte, proaktive und teamorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise.
• Sie sind flexibel und zeigen Leistungsbereitschaft.
