• Leading a team of twelve in 'Group Technology' and actively shaping the development of capital market applications, with a focus on Summit.
• Managing the lifecycle and process control, ensuring smooth integration of new requirements.
• Fostering knowledge building and development within your team, creating a motivating work environment.
• Managing the change pipeline, considering IT security aspects, and optimizing existing processes.
• Collaborating closely with business units and IT, implementing a future-oriented DevOps approach.

What We Offer

• A successfully completed degree, e.g., in Business Administration or Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in banking or large IT units within an agile context.
• Practical knowledge of capital markets.
• Experience in disciplinary or lateral team leadership, ideally in diverse teams.
• Proficiency in (IT) project management, preferably focusing on increasing standardization of applications or platforms.
• Experience in developing and implementing roadmaps for applications and platforms, and establishing SaaS solutions in a platform environment.
• Excellent German language skills and proficient English skills.
