The central IT department, based in Hürth-Hermülheim, serves as an internal service provider for all IT / telecommunications issues of the Caritasverband für den Rhein-Erft-Kreis e.V. It takes care of planning, implementation & support. It also handles communication with external service providers & suppliers on all IT & telecommunications issues.

These Tasks Await You

• First level support (hotline / on-site service)
• Installation & management of workstations and printers
• Network management LAN/WAN/firewall/switch
• User lifecycle management in Active Directory (create / change / delete)
• Long-term support for institutions in their specialist applications
• Collaboration in projects
• Cooperation with external service providers & suppliers

You Will Inspire Us

• Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d) or (IT-related) studies or comparable training / experience
• Professional experience in IT support / first (& second) level support
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft On-Premises server environments
• Knowledge of scripting / programming - PowerShell desirable
• Strong team & communication skills
• Driving license class B
• Flexibility & willingness to change and lifelong learning
