European Marketing Manager (d/f/m)
Full-time in Germany (Soest) or the Netherlands (Nijmegen, hybrid)

We seek a European Marketing Manager to work in a dynamic environment at a leading European corporation. You will develop and execute marketing plans for renowned Chinese vendors, managing projects with autonomy.

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategies across European markets, especially DACH, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to generate leads and revenue.
  • Data-driven Decisions: Use analytics to optimize campaigns and measure success.
  • Budget Management: Oversee global budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with product managers, vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
  • Lead campaigns with local marketing teams.
  • Organize and participate in events and partner activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a marketing focus or similar.
  • At least 4 years of B2B experience as an Account Manager, Marketing Consultant, or Project Manager.
  • Proven ability to meet objectives under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in creating and delivering stakeholder presentations.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B and digital marketing processes.
  • Fluent in English and German; Chinese is a plus.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with a strategic outlook.
  • Strong negotiation skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
