YOU...

  • are a member of the SPO Technical Team in the domain of the Service Provision, specifically in the area of Service Level Management
  • support the Service Level Manager for any issues related to the KPIs and for the overall achievement of the following tasks
  • are responsible for Data collection and producing the KPI Reports
  • are responsible for supporting the chairing of the KPI Review Boards (including generating Minutes of Meeting and following up on Actions)
  • review any KPI violations and recommend any correction actions
  • analyze any changes to the KPI Regime including Validation
  • perform Financial Simulations as required
  • perform KPI Impact Analysis for any Infrastructure upgrade or Operational changes/improvements
  • provide suggestions for improvement to KPI definitions

YOU...

  • have a university degree in a relevant field (e.g. Commercial Engineering, Economics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Telecommunications or Electronics), appropriate high school degree or relevant work experience
  • have experience in similar activities, better if acquired in Space or Defence programs, or in highly security-sensitive commercial sectors (e.g. finance)
  • have experience in the Galileo program, and especially knowledge of the Galileo-specific accreditation processes and methodology, will be a preferential factor
  • have in-depth knowledge and experience of methodologies involved in service level management (KPI, metrics, calculation of liquidated damages)
  • have in-depth knowledge and experience of methodologies involved in system and service monitoring
