Role Overview

• Stay at the forefront: Keep an eye on market developments and new digital trends in AMS to identify innovative service and solution offerings that differentiate adesso from competitors.
• Customer proximity: Support leadership and account managers in engaging with clients, preparing, and delivering presentations, demos, and workshops.
• Project involvement: Assist project teams with complex bidding processes, creating calculations, and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) in collaboration with the delivery team.
• Impact: Contribute to enhancing adesso's reputation and visibility in the industry through social media, industry groups, conferences, and trade fairs.
• Relationship management: Maintain existing contacts with technology and solution partners and identify new innovative solutions relevant to the target industry.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Completed studies or equivalent qualification, ready to bring your valuable knowledge to us.
• Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in business development, pre-sales, or similar roles.
• SAP expertise: Overview of SAP solutions used in AMS and a strong understanding of AMS business models, including contract structures like Managed Services, Time & Material.
• Interest in technology: Fascination with technologies such as S/4HANA, Fiori, Cloud solutions, and delivery models like Offshore and Nearshore integration into AMS offerings.
• Network: Valuable contacts with selected clients and/or industry organizations in Application Management Service.
• Communication skills: Fluent in German and English, confident in internal and external communication.
