Responsibilities

• Be an essential pillar of the weekly and monthly management reporting, providing necessary analyses and documentation about variances versus the budget.
• Support the team and the Sales Department in achieving targets by creating transparency about productivity, current sales performance across various dimensions, and evaluating sales initiatives.
• Prepare (ad hoc) analyses and presentations for management, deriving recommendations for action.
• Conceptualize and optimize controlling instruments both technically and substantively to enhance our business.
• Communicate and collaborate across functions and teams.

Requirements

• University or technical college degree in business administration with a focus on finance, and at least two years of professional experience in a sales-related environment in a global setup (EMEA, AMS, APAC).
• Understanding of the business dynamics of a growing subscription company and familiarity with relevant KPIs.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Tableau is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment with very good English skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate results effectively to different stakeholders.
• Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style with a high level of quality awareness.
