Main Responsibilities

  1. Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance of products and services in South Germany.
  2. Responsibilities are within the Technical Customer Support Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Completed training in the technical field, e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering.
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in field service, particularly in maintenance and/or repair of machines in the food industry, with experience in dealing with customers.
  • Ideally basic PLC knowledge.
  • Class B driving license.
  • Business fluent in German, good knowledge of English.
  • High level of initiative, reliability, and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Very good technical understanding and willingness to undergo further training.
  • Ability to explain complex technical contexts.
  • High willingness to travel (approx. 60,000 km p.a.).
