Your passion is to interact with new clients? Do you love doing sales and converting leads to long-term customers? You are certain that low-code will shape the digital services industry in the upcoming years? This is your chance to join our team as an Account Manager (m/f/d).

Using the latest low-code technologies, we can realize projects in a fraction of the time compared to regular dev teams. Where others need months, we only need weeks — enabling startups and corporates to bring innovations to market quickly and move faster. Although we have just started to become Europe's leading low-code powerhouse, our startups, such as Avi Medical or Caronsale, already raised about USD 200 million in the last year. We develop first-moving digital products.

Together with our management team, you will be responsible for establishing client relationships, sales processes, and being the single point of contact for your clients. Your tasks include but are not limited to:

  1. Manage the entire project cycle
    From acquisition to after-sales support — you are the single point of contact for new clients.
  2. Management support
    In close collaboration with our management, you will prepare offers, help negotiate, and close deals.
  3. Improve processes and establish new sales channels
    Help us set up new mechanisms for our sales team, shape processes, and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

Below are soft requirements we recommend having when starting at 02100 Digital:

  • Experience in selling services and digital goods
    You have already worked as a sales manager for some years.
  • Communication is key
    You have good negotiation skills and know how to present yourself confidently and professionally in client calls.
  • Strong organizational skills
    You easily organize and schedule events.
  • Find solutions fast
    You are goal-oriented and have solid communication skills.
