Your profile

We are looking for data entry specialists based in France who are detail-oriented and organized, capable of efficiently locating and extracting specific information in French and English legal documents/contracts and accurately entering it into a system. The candidate does not need to have legal expertise but must be able to read and understand legal terminology and contract language.

Responsibilities:

• Read and understand legal contracts to find specific information.

• Accurately and efficiently enter relevant data into a system.

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of entered data.

• Meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Requirements:

• Native French speaker is a must, should be able to clearly read and comprehend French documents.

• Fluent English, must have business level knowledge.

• Strong attention to detail for accuracy.

• Comfortable working remotely and able to complete batch work if necessary.

• Wise or PayPal account to receive payments.

This is a part-time/freelance position that can be done remotely. The candidate must be able to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.
