For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH!

Candidates must be eligible to work on military or NATO projects with the necessary security clearances

Your Tasks:

  • Define, perform and evaluate acoustic and vibration tests: in flight, on ground and in laboratory.
  • Support the qualification of aircraft systems to mechanical environments, including vibration, shocks and acoustics.
  • Define mechanical requirements for system installation on aircraft.
  • Evaluate experimental evidence based on qualification tests.
  • Develop passive and active noise and vibration control solutions for existing and future aircraft.
  • Develop and validate numerical models in relation with noise generation, propagation and transmission, as well as structural dynamic response to acoustic and vibratory loads.
  • Develop and support competitive, innovative, mature and safe air vehicles, fulfilling regulatory requirements, customer expectations and business challenges related to noise and vibration.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering or in Acoustics and Vibration
  • Advanced, specialized knowledge of MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of Linux
  • Experience with MATLAB is required
  • Experience in Aerospace Engineering or a similar field
  • Experience in Acoustics and Vibration
  • Experience with Structural Dynamic Testing
  • Experience with data acquisition, data handling, data processing, and analysis
  • Knowledge in the definition of vibration environments and of vibration qualification processes
  • Experience in Modal Testing and Analysis
  • Experience with MIL-STD-810 would be an advantage
  • English business fluent; German knowledge is a plus
