Join our global IT operations team at one of our nationwide locations such as Stuttgart, Garching, or Chemnitz. Our team manages and continuously develops our state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, from the network to the cloud.

Taking Responsibility

Ensure continuous operation and accessibility of the network (especially WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi) with support from service providers. Responsible for technical network architecture.

Driving Progress

Develop and implement the global network strategy and design. Execute and support global network modernization initiatives.

Tackling Tasks

  • Perform independent error analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Manage technical requirements and coordinate with providers.
  • Responsible for network release management.
  • Support organizational change management.

Recording Conscientiously

Maintain technical service documentation, and monitor and report on service performance.

Your Profile

Qualification

University degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training (e.g., IT specialist (m/f/d)).

Experience

At least 5 years of network experience, especially with WAN, SD-WAN, Zscaler, LAN, routers, VPN, gateways, proxy, firewall. Experience with advanced IT structures and security environment knowledge.

Know-how

Expertise in routing, switching, firewalling, troubleshooting, network architecture, and design.

Additional Qualifications

Cisco CCNP/CCIE, ITIL Foundation, experience with ITSM processes like incident and change management.

Personality

Customer-oriented, responsible, analytical, systematic, goal-oriented, team player, eager to learn new technologies.

Languages

Fluent English; German advantageous or willingness to learn.

Travel

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally occasionally.
