Senior Software Engineer Kotlin AWS

Your day-to-day:

• Own the full product lifecycle for deployment, operation, service, and testing within your team.
• Write Kotlin code.
• Involve 30% in frontend topics with TypeScript / React.
• Follow principles like "You build it, you run it" (no on-call).
• Work on AWS services (CloudWatch, ECS, Fargate, Glue, ETL, Quicksight, Athena, CDK, DataDog, and more).
• Build and maintain microservices.
• Support designing and building CI/CD pipelines.
• Follow DDD, pair programming, and clean code practices.
• Work in a cross-functional team with designers, testers, analysts, and product owners.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Software Engineer in the JVM environment; Kotlin experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, AWS, CI/CD, Docker, React, React Native, TypeScript, MySQL.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Team player who enjoys collaboration, sharing ideas, and testing new technology.
• Good eye for clean code and understanding of DDD, CQRS, etc.
