Job Description:

As a 'Global Trainer (m/f/d) Mon/IT - Digital Solutions', you will conduct training for our sales and service employees, as well as other internal or external target groups, on the Dräger product portfolio in the area of Digital Solutions. This includes clinical information systems, monitoring systems, digital data analysis systems, and network infrastructure. You will work closely with trainers from the Sales and Service departments.

• Develop, prepare, conduct, and follow up on target group-oriented face-to-face and online trainings
• Develop and implement eLearning courses
• Evaluate training feedback to ensure effectiveness
• Train and authorize trainers worldwide
• Plan and manage projects supporting regional or country-specific training
• Support the development of training programs and learning paths with Training Development Managers and related departments
• Possess a degree in computer science, information and communication technology, business informatics, or digital engineering, or have extensive experience as an IT specialist in networks, service, or applications
• Alternatively, have vocational training in clinical/technical/sales-related fields with further IT training and experience in IT networks, service, or application training
• Have knowledge of the medical technology sector
• Experience in conducting training courses
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
