Job Opportunity: Presales Specialist at Centric Software

Centric Software is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Presales team in the Central European Region.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage Manufacturing and/or Food Private Label retail business processes, preferably from a Food Technology perspective.

About the Team

The Centric Presales Team engages with potential customers in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. The team is home-based and reports to the Head of Presales for Central Europe.

Note: Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

1. Work directly with prospective customers to identify their business challenges and requirements.
2. Configure the software and generate data that reflect the prospects' needs.
3. Assist in preparing RFPs and SOWs.
4. Demonstrate the business benefits of our software with enthusiasm.
5. Build trustful relationships with prospects and customers.
6. Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers about new features and growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Highly self-motivated with strong teamwork skills.
• Deep understanding of Food and Beverage and/or Private Label retail business processes.
• Comfortable presenting to all levels of customer roles, from administrative staff to C-suite executives.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and creative thinker.
• 5-10 years of industry experience.
• Familiarity with PLM/PDM, ERP, and experience with writing expressions or site.xml is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English.
