YOUR MISSION

• Collaborate in creating SOPs, WIs for all departments and maintain QM documentation
• Participate in audit preparations and assist during internal or external audits
• Engage in complaint management (supplier, internal, customer)
• Conduct statistical evaluations and maintain key figures
• Lead validation of processes, software, hardware, and systems
• Support product transfer into production
• Communicate with internal and external customers
• Assist in data analysis for management reviews
• Support HR in training management
• Assist QA in change management, complaint handling, NC-/CAPA management, and risk management
• Possess a university degree or technical education in fields like medical devices, mechanical, electrical engineering, or similar
• Ideally have several years of experience in quality management within a tech company
• Audit experience and knowledge of standards like ISO 13485, MDR, FDA are highly beneficial
• Demonstrate analytical thinking, organized work approach, assertiveness, and self-motivation
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
