Tasks

  • Part of the Threat Management & Intelligence team.
  • Establish and own METRO’s global incident response process.
  • Improve the IR process focusing on response speed and quality, ensuring adherence from all related parties.
  • Act as liaison among cyber defense interfaces, local and global IT and infosec teams, third parties, and stakeholders.
  • Lead incident response for major incidents and serve as technical lead during cyber crises.
  • Collaborate across METRO GROUP to integrate threat management and intelligence.

Qualifications

  • 3-8 years of experience in cyber security.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience.
  • Hands-on incident response experience in a CERT, CSIRT, or SOC (L3 level).
  • Knowledge of strategic incident response design and process implementation.
