Clinical Sales Representative

Tegus Medical is a VC-funded European company dedicated to developing best-in-class technology to enable anytime, anywhere case support, designed with the clinician for the clinician. The founders are driven by the goal of scaling training and accessibility for new technologies to clinicians globally.

Responsibility and Authority

The Clinical Sales Representative - Germany will be responsible for selling case support via the Tegus remote streaming platform. Account management will include hospitals equipped with Tegus systems and local industry clients utilizing these installations in Germany and potentially other German-speaking regions.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Develop Accounts: Manage relationships and build rapport with key opinion leaders.
2. Customer Relationships: Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with all customers (procurement chain & users).
3. Market Awareness: Keep abreast of market dynamics and competitive activities, provide input to the organization, and execute appropriate actions and programs.
4. Market Positioning: Help develop and defend the company’s market position against competitors.
5. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas by maintaining existing accounts and developing new ones.
6. Growth in Streaming Activities: Achieve growth in streaming activities in existing accounts both organically and commercially.
7. Reporting: Report on target account status, general business status, and competitive activity weekly; provide a monthly report to senior management.
8. Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance to physicians, and offer continued training and in-service support to ensure correct technology usage.
9. Business Development: Develop business with new industry clients.
10. Representation: Represent Tegus Medical during national and international meetings and congresses.
11. Experience and Skills: Proven experience in selling medical devices, strong selling and negotiation skills, customer focus, drive for results, solution-oriented mindset, autonomy, accountability, and teamwork.
12. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a scientific or technical field, or equivalent experience; minimum of 5 years experience in selling high-end medical devices, preferably in interventional neuroradiology, cardiology, or radiology; field-based experience is essential.

Other Requirements

• Administrative support skills for territory planning.
• Extensive domestic travel.
• Fluent in English and German (oral and written).

Working Conditions
