Become a Developer for Generative AI at the Syscovery AI Hub! (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about innovative technologies and want to play an active role in shaping the future of artificial intelligence? Are you curious, willing to learn and already have experience in software development and programming? Then we are looking for you!

The Syscovery AI Hub is the central area at Syscovery that deals with all aspects of generative artificial intelligence. We promote the introduction of generative AI both internally and with our customers and develop AI-based, data protection-compliant solutions. We also accompany our customers on their digital transformation journey and support the implementation of AI strategies by providing impetus, training and solutions.

Your mission

1. Innovate: Conceive and design AI-based applications and tools that revolutionise the market.
2. Optimise: Support, optimise and maintain existing AI systems for our customers and internal projects.
3. Present: Share your latest AI developments and achievements with the team and our customers.
4. Analyse: Create needs analyses and support our customers in the use of AI systems.

What you should bring along

1. Analytical thinking: The ability to approach tasks in a structured and solution-orientated way.
2. Programming skills: Experience with object-oriented programming languages and ideally with AI development tools and frameworks.
3. German and English language skills: Good English skills to participate in the international AI community.
4. Softskills: Creativity, the ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a willingness to keep learning.

Nice to have

1. Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
2. Basic knowledge of container solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
