I am working with one of Europe's fastest growing, independent advisory firms, assisting them to hire Transaction Services Senior Consultants and Managers for their offices in Frankfurt, Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin, and Duesseldorf. The role:

As a Transaction Services Senior/Manager, you will work on planning, executing, and delivering Transaction Services (primarily Financial Due Diligence in buy and sell-side transactions) for international and national private equity and corporate clients. From the beginning, you will receive intensive training on the job to deepen your understanding of the mechanisms of buy and sell-side M&A processes as well as new methodologies which make this one of the 'go to' firms Europe-wide in the Corporate Finance consulting space.

Who we're looking for:

• 3-7+ years’ professional experience gained in a large accountancy firm (Big 4 preferred)
• Exposure to Transaction Services (financial due diligence) is essential for Managers and above but strong Auditors welcome for 'Senior Consultant' roles.
• You have an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach
• Fluent in English and German
