Our Italian branch is growing, and to manage and further strengthen the Sales Team of Central Southern Italy, we are seeking a Sales Office Manager capable of leading his team to successful growth, developing high-level contacts and relationships with the aim of generating new business opportunities in one of Italy's most dynamic regions.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and develop the sales team to achieve growth targets.
  2. Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including architects, lighting designers, and project managers.
  3. Drive strategic initiatives to expand business in the Center-South Italy region.
  4. Manage and analyze sales figures, budgets, and business indicators to adapt strategies accordingly.
  5. Coordinate with the broader team to ensure customer needs are met with tailored solutions.
  6. Represent the company in public speaking engagements and industry events.
  7. Travel as needed, including abroad, to meet clients and attend industry events.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager managing a team of direct sales accounts in the Central South Italy region.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in sales or key account management within the lighting and architecture sector.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key customers and project stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and architectural specifications.
  • Fluent in Italian (mother tongue) and proficient in English (minimum B2, preferably C1).
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Residence in Rome or surrounding area is preferred.
