Regional Sales Manager - Europe

POCSTARS is a global leader in cellular push-to-talk (PTToC) communication solutions. As we expand across Europe, we are seeking two Sales Managers to work with our European Regional Managers in driving business development and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Execute POCSTARS’ European sales strategy to achieve regional growth.
• Conduct market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with B2B clients in critical communications fields.
• Visit clients regularly to strengthen partnerships and ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Currently based in Europe with valid work authorization.
• Proven B2B sales experience in the European telecoms, wireless communications, or critical communications sector.
• Strong client communication and project coordination skills.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Existing industry contacts are a plus.

Only candidates with relevant B2B experience in Europe within the telecoms or critical communications sector will be prioritized.
