Position Overview

If you are excited about growing with Hive and love operations, this might be the right position for you! We are seeking a Junior Revenue Operations Analyst/Manager to join our central RevOps team based in Berlin.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for tracking KPIs and performance trends used by our Growth leadership team.
• Ensure stable processes and accurate data entry within our CRM to enable clean, actionable analytics.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Account Management) to identify inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements.
• Support enablement efforts by increasing data literacy through documentation, training, and user-friendly tools.
• Help implement and scale tooling and automation to improve data flow and reporting efficiency.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role; a Master’s degree in Analytics or a related field is a strong plus.
• A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset; eager to challenge existing processes and bring positive change; curious, self-motivated, and energized by continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail; proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL, and CRM systems; familiarity with BI tools (Metabase) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams; proactive learner eager to grow and take on new challenges.
• Fluency in English.
