YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Comprehensive onboarding to start strong.

• Manage the branch using KPIs for optimization
• Take responsibility for operational processes
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Lead and train the team, especially in sales and damage management
• Coordinate fleet, staff, and service providers
• Recruit and onboard new employees
• Maintain customer satisfaction

YOUR PROFILE

We are changing with the world. We want you to actively shape this change.

• Passion for cars and a valid driver's license
• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in car rental, retail, hotel, or sales is a plus
• Leadership experience is beneficial
• Fluent in German and good basic English skills
• Results and service-oriented mindset
• Organizational talent and communication skills
