We design and actively manage USD 45bn Evergreens, USD 60bn segregated mandates, and USD 45bn of flagship funds. The Quantitative & Risk Management business unit is responsible for investment and portfolio risk management activities of Partners Group and contributes to business building activities of a quantitative nature.

Position in Zug

We are looking to add a professional to the Quantitative and Risk Management unit in Zug. You will be part of the Investment Risk Management team with the following responsibilities:

1. Development of proprietary private markets quantitative models and systems (Python-based)
2. Perform regular and ad-hoc scenario analysis of private markets data (Python, SQL, Excel)
3. Preparation of submissions and presentations for firm-wide management and committees
4. Operation and enhancement of firm-wide private markets models and systems
5. Reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders

What We Expect

• University degree, with emphasis on Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or similar quantitative background
• Prior experience in quantitative areas of public or private markets is advantageous
• Ability to generate original ideas and develop new models or processes
• Passion for numbers and quantitative analysis
• Strong focus on quality and accuracy
• Interest in the mechanisms of the international financial industry
• Prior experience in programming (Python/SQL) and Excel is an advantage
