We have an exciting opportunity as:

Senior Manager Market Management (all genders welcome) at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

Job mission: The Senior Manager Market Management drives the optimization of sales performance across regional markets. This role is critical in identifying market opportunities, aligning local initiatives with corporate strategy, and supporting operational excellence. Collaborating closely with the General Manager Sales Operation Subsidiaries, the Senior Manager ensures markets are empowered to achieve sales targets effectively.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify sales growth opportunities and risks within regional markets.
  • Collaborate with regional and local teams to develop and implement tailored sales initiatives.
  • Provide targeted support to ensure the effective execution of sales programs and campaigns.
  • Evaluate market performance and recommend actions to achieve KPIs.

Operational Market Guidance:

  • Support local markets with expert guidance, aligning efforts with corporate strategies.
  • Implement best practices to improve market performance and operational efficiency.
  • Provide hands-on assistance in developing market-specific sales plans.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as a key interface between local markets and headquarters, ensuring clear communication of priorities.
  • Support decision-making by sharing insights and recommendations based on market needs.
  • Foster collaboration among regional and local teams to achieve shared objectives.

Education:

University degree (Master’s level preferred, but not mandatory).

Experience:

  • 5+ years in the automotive industry.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales support or operational role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and dealer/NSC operations.
  • Proven experience in implementing sales programs and identifying growth opportunities.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to drive and support market improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying actionable solutions.
  • Adaptable to dynamic environments and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build strong working relationships across regions.
