Summary

We are looking for dedicated and experienced Account Managers (m/f/d) to join our Inside Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for customer care and developing long-term business relationships. Your main tasks include handling inbound leads, creating and negotiating offers, and continuously developing customer relationships. Your professional skills

  • Professional experience in sales of technical products
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Interest in reading technical drawings and interpreting technical specifications
  • Ideally expertise in the field of production technology

Your responsibilities with us

  • Processing B2B inbound leads
  • Qualifying and prioritizing inquiries for manufacturing projects
  • Evaluation of technical drawings in collaboration with your team members from technical purchasing
  • Creating suitable offers based on project requirements
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Proactively building and intensifying customer relationships via phone, email, and other digital communication channels
  • Reactivating existing customers and upselling
  • Achieving our sales targets in collaboration with all other departments
