A&M’s Global Transaction Advisory Group (“TAG”) is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the Big 4 audit firms, comprising over 800 professionals in 35 offices worldwide. Our award-winning practice is a leader in Financial Due Diligence and offers an excellent platform for an international career in Transaction Advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead teams on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in Germany, Europe, and globally, collaborating closely with Managing Directors.
2. Gain exposure to senior leadership, leveraging their deal experience, and participate in business development and marketing efforts.
3. Utilize financial analysis skills to understand transaction drivers and valuation considerations.
4. Work alongside operational and commercial professionals in project teams to broaden your understanding of due diligence and deal processes.
5. Build internal networks across service lines and participate in external marketing events to foster cross-service relationships.

Experience Required:

• Experience in Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) projects across various sectors at a Big 4 audit firm.
• Strong academic background from a leading university or equivalent.
• Excellent stakeholder management, client relationship, and networking skills.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, with deep functional knowledge, operational and commercial insight.
