Disciplinary and Technical Leadership

Lead the Mechanical and Hardware System Testing team, fostering development and motivation of team members.

Product Reliability and Testing

Ensure product reliability through physical tests, review and analyze system and product requirements, and develop comprehensive test plans to increase coverage.

Test Execution and Reporting

Conduct, analyze, evaluate, and document tests independently. Compile and present test reports to stakeholders, documenting outcomes clearly.

Collaboration and Development

Coordinate next steps with other teams based on test results. Further develop test benches and testing methods, including experiments on load capacity under realistic conditions.

Your Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience as a test engineer, ideally in mechanical and hardware system tests, with methodological expertise.
• Leadership experience, supporting and developing team members.
• Deep understanding of product development processes.
• Approachable leadership style, trustworthy, with a passion for work.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to maintain overview in complex situations.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration within and across teams.
• Strong interest in bicycles and innovative mobility solutions.
